What this is

Loosh’s Studio is a tool for designing photo albums. You upload photographs, arrange them across pages and spreads, and export a print-ready PDF. It is not a printing service and it does not manufacture books.

Accounts

An account belongs to one person. You are responsible for what is done under it and for keeping your password to yourself. If a password is lost, or a session looks like somebody else’s, tell us and it will be ended.

Your photographs stay yours

Every right in them stays with whoever holds it. Uploading grants one thing, and only while the album exists: permission to store the file, show it back on screen, and process it in the ways the tool needs to. That means resizing it, cropping it as you arranged it, and writing it into a PDF.

It is not permission to use your photographs for anything else. There is no promotional use, no showcase, and no training of any model.

What must not be uploaded

Anything you have no right to upload. Anything unlawful. Private images of other people, published without their agreement. An album that breaks this can be suspended.

Contributor links

A link issued to collect photographs from family and friends is a key to one album. Anyone it reaches can upload to it, so who receives it is your responsibility. Links expire and carry a quota, and neither replaces care about where they are sent.

Printing

The exported PDF is built to the print specification set on the album: its bleed, its safe margin, whether spreads are split, and the rest. Those numbers have to match what a real printer asked for, which is why the album records that somebody confirmed them.

Colour on a screen is not colour on paper. Order a proof before ordering a book.

Availability

This is young software run on a small budget. It is offered as it is, with no promise of uptime and no guarantee that a given feature will still be here next year. Keep your own copies of the photographs that matter. The originals uploaded here are stored carefully, but this is not a backup service.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. An account can be suspended for the things in the list above, or where the law requires it. Closing an account deletes its albums, its photographs and any face measurements.

Liability

So far as the law allows, the service is not liable for lost work, for lost time, or for a print that came out differently from what you expected. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not permit to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

The date at the top says when these terms last changed. A change that materially affects what is allowed will be stated plainly.
